This is not a "wedding blog" but it will help me (hopefully) to get to my goals. Goal 1: lose 35 pounds before October 11. Goal 2: get my shoulder to 100%. I'm following "The Plan" - I'll log "stuff" here.

Up 1.4 pounds.

Possible culprits:

Not enough water.
Fast food
Grain at too many meals.

Need to recommit to logging everything.

So...today is a cleansing day.
