This is not a "wedding blog" but it will help me (hopefully) to get to my goals. Goal 1: lose 35 pounds before October 11. Goal 2: get my shoulder to 100%. I'm following "The Plan" - I'll log "stuff" here.

Sunday (day of rest)

Lost 4.6 pounds from Sunday to Sunday.

Today, focus is on water and eating only from the "good foods" list.

I have "carrot ginger soup" in the fridge,

I'm soaking flax for granola (sweet - with brown sugar, cinnamon and five-spice powder) - OOPS - new recipe, since I soaked chia seeds instead of flax.

I'm also making Butternut Squash Soup (1/2 a batch, due to using half of the squash earlier)

Will also be making hummus and seeing if it freezes well.
