We're Getting Married!

This is not a "wedding blog" but it will help me (hopefully) to get to my goals. Goal 1: lose 35 pounds before October 11. Goal 2: get my shoulder to 100%. I'm following "The Plan" - I'll log "stuff" here.

Carrot Ginger Soup

I thought this would be nasty, especially to eat every day.  But it's pretty good and it's better if you throw a few pumpkin seeds on top.

I put pumpkin seeds in it, or Wassa rye crackers.

Per Serving (excluding unknown items): 66 Calories; trace Fat (3.7% calories from fat); 2g Protein; 15g
